Sunny Isle: a small island with five buildings, a pond and trees, seen from above
Mii-nagement
Little lives. Real work.

Become the caretaker of an island full of tiny coders, naps, drama, and real pull requests!

Your project is an island. Your coding agents are the residents. Give them a task, watch them carry it from the Mailbox to the Post Office, and answer when a bubble pops up over somebody's head.

The Residents screen: Carlos the Coder, Jun the Planner and Sydney the Reviewer

Create residents based on teammates, friends, or your own original ideas

Each resident has a job, four personality sliders and a brain. The island is yours to lay out, and the town plan is the workflow.

Found an island

Every island is a git repository: a new one, a GitHub clone, or a folder you already have.

Answer bubbles

When a resident needs a decision or permission to run a command, a bubble pops up over their head.

Ship pull requests

Finished work leaves the island at the Post Office as a pull request on GitHub.

Jobs
  1. 1. Planner
  2. 2. Coder
  3. 3. Reviewer
Brains
  • Claude Code
  • Codex
  • Gemini CLI
  • OpenRouter
Moods
  • 😊 happy
  • 😤 frustrated
  • 😴 tired

Get to know your residents

Sliders set how blunt, careful, chatty or creative they are. Their mood changes as they work, they keep a diary, and they ask for help when they're stuck.

Befriend your residents

Personalities shape how they write, review and argue. Neighbours drop by to help when a package keeps bouncing back.

The Sunny Isle Gazette with today's stories and weekly stats

Read the island news

Every island prints its own gazette: who shipped what, who fell asleep at the Courthouse, and how many pull requests went out this week.

The Archipelago: an island in a blue sea, with room for a new island

Grow an archipelago

One island per project, all in the same sea. The "Waiting on you" list gathers every bubble from every island in one place.

Around town

The classic town plan. Build your own in build mode, and choose which roads a package takes when a step passes or fails.

1MailboxTasks arrive and get planned.
2WorkshopThe code gets written.
3LabThe tests run.
4CourthouseA reviewer reads the change.
5Post OfficeOut it goes as a pull request.

Get the desktop version

The island runs on your own computer, next to your repositories.

  • Smooth 3D with the full renderer and textures
  • Real agents, using the Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI logins you already have
  • Islands are git repositories on your machine; agents work in their own worktrees
  • Mock mode to try it first, at no cost (Settings > Mock agents)
Download and install Download for Mac (.dmg) Open the .dmg and drag Mii-nagement onto Applications. Apple Silicon and Intel.
Open it the first time Right-click Mii-nagement in Applications and choose Open. If macOS still says no, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway. The app isn't notarized by Apple (that needs a paid developer account), so macOS asks once. The first launch also sets up its backend, which takes about a minute and needs the internet.
Windows, Linux, or from source
Install uv and Godot 4
brew install uv
Then Godot 4.4 or newer from godotengine.org. Linux and Windows: see the README.
Get the code
git clone https://github.com/jkusuda/Mii-nagement.git cd Mii-nagement
Start the island
make dev
make dev uses pretend agents; make uses real ones.
